Ryan Campbell - Director of Business Development

In addition to supporting Safe Harbor’s outdoor recreation divisions, for the past five years, Ryan Campbell has managed and provided oversight for the development, opening, and transition to onsite management for the three primary RV Resorts in the Safe Harbor portfolio: Elm Hill RV Resort, Camp Margaritaville RV Resort at Lake Lanier, and Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Pigeon Forge.

Key areas of expertise, support, and oversight:

• Campground layout and building plans

• Creation of operational guidelines, policy and procedure manuals, and training

• Operations management setup - team building, staff training, customer service

• Adherence to quality standards

• Reservations, revenue management, and financial performance analysis

• Online property management systems

• Campground promotions

• Facility maintenance and growth management

Before joining Safe Harbor Development, Ryan worked as a corporate actions analyst at UBS Investment Bank. Ryan graduated from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business with a BS degree in Finance and International Business.
